Rising gracefully on a corner plot along Banani’s vibrant Road 12, Palazzo Primavera is a quiet conversation between architecture and its city. With rare openness on the north and west, the building captures a breath of space in Dhaka’s dense fabric, turning it into light, air, and serenity.

From the west, a refined entrance welcomes residents. Beyond, a carefully arranged parking court leads to a generous reception lounge, where lifts and stairs begin the vertical journey.

Each home is shaped to invite daylight and breeze, while protecting privacy. Wide windows and terraces frame the sky, and the building steps back as it ascends, allowing balconies to transform into sunlit terraces for the floors above. These cascading platforms, softened by foliage, filter the city’s noise and create small, suspended courtyards—sanctuaries of calm above the street.
